Window Town of Youngstown

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Had every window in my house replaced. Vinyl max is the manufacturer. They do terrible work and the windows are cheap. They put my sliding patio window in backwards, then installed it correctly without a latch. Came back to cut out hole for latch , now the screen doesn't fit right and have a very hard time locking it. They didn't bring 2 screens for my slider window. Then when they brought them out 5 months later, there were big gaps in them. They told me they ordered new ones and it would be 2 weeks...well 3 weeks later I called for the status and was told they turned it over to the manufacturer. What!!! Not even the decency to let me know they did that! Said they believed it to be a manufacturer problem and no one has called us. In the process of trying to get ahold of them now! Fine example of if it's too good to be true ( price) it probably isn't. Don't buy from these people! Crap product and crap customer service. Update...the manufacturer contacted me and came out to look at my issues. He fixed the latch on my sliding screen and had new screens made to fit my picture window. He was very pleasant and really wanted to make things ri

Harry was amazing when he came by for my initial quote. He listened to me and quoted exactly what I asked for. Donna in the office kept me informed on the entire process and the windows were installed quickly and with care. The installation team was very quick, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend! In fact I already have! They did 5 windows in all.

Window Town was absolutely amazing with the entire process. They showed us a down to earth, realistic pitch. They installed the windows fast. I was quite shocked at the timely manner. We had 12 windows installed and clean up within 4 hours!! It's been over a month and the windows are perfect!

The salesman who came to my home was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a fair price and our install was scheduled just a couple weeks later! The install crew was timely, efficient and took great care of my home. They did a terrific job! There is already a noticeable temperature difference in my house due to my new energy efficient patio door! We couldn’t be happier!

Five different places came out from beginning to end this place was nothing but professional. We chose them based on what they were giving us for the price yet they turned out to be better than we expected. We were getting quotes around $10,000 to $12,000 from other companies and this company came in under that and they were offering us an energy star rated window that was tinted with full capping and the other companies were wanting to cut those features out to lower their price. So, let me tell you about the installation, three guys showed up on time at 7:30 a.m. they were done with 20 windows by 2:30 p.m.. I couldn't believe how proficient they were, we had no mess left behind and they took all of the old heavy windows and shutters and awnings with them. It was amazing, you know, we have been rehabbing this home and with very few exceptions the companies that we have hired to do work have been less than stellar. This company made up for that and it was actually a pleasurable experience. The difference in the house is enlightening, no pun intended. It really lit the place up. We have had neighbors that have lived in the area for some time that now walk past the house and actually
